One to One Treatment Services!

Cerullo Rehabilitation offers licensed, caring physical therapists who provide evaluation and treatment for our patients with various neurological, muscular/bone disorders, poor endurance, decreased balance, decreased strength, and orthopedic needs, that limit functional mobility. Many of our patients  also enjoy our Wellness Program designed to increase ones overall physical abilities. An experienced physical therapist from Cerullo Rehabilitation will perform a complete assessment including testing range of motion, strength, balance, coordination, transfers, and walking. Safety and Fall Risk will also be evaluated. Following the evaluation, your physical therapist will develop a personalized treatment plan in conjunction with your physician. Goals will be set with each patient to help them achieve the highest level of functional mobility and safety in the home.
